Today, we are making “homemade bread” on injera mitaad. Bread or dabo is made from various flours, like all-purpose flour, wheat flour, multi-grain flour, etc. For this recipe, we are using black wheat flour that is native to Ethiopia and is also found in some other parts of the world. It is rich in iron content and other minerals as well.
