INGREDIENTS:
Moongi Masoor Dal:
– 1 tbsp Ghee / Oil
– 1 large Onion – sliced
– 1 tbsp Adrak – Lehsan (Ginger – Garlic)
– ½ cup Moong Dal (Green gram split)
– ½ cup Masoor Dal (Red or Pink lentils)
– 2 tsp Salt – or to taste
– 1 tsp Red chili powder
– ½ tsp Haldi (Turmeric)
– 6 cups Water
Note: Herbs and spices are used to add flavor to foods and are extremely low in calories.
