makhana semai kheer recipie :-
Ingredients :-
makhana-1/2cup
milk-1cup/500ml
semai/vermecelli-1/2cup
ghee-1tablespoon
juggery powder -1/3rd cup
dates-6-8nos
elaichi powder -1teaspoon(optional)
chopped almond-2tablespoon(optional)

method:-first take a kadai dry roast the makhana and blend it make a fine powder.in same kadai add 1tablespoon ghee and roast the semai till golden brown and transfer into a bowl. in same kadai add 1cup milk and boil it sometimes add makhana powder and mixed it well add fried semai and mixed it also and boil it untill thickness.add dates and juggery powder and mixed it nicely.add elaichi powder and chopped almond and mixed it well. now off the flame and keep standing position for 2minutes. then serve it.
If you serve cold then keep it in fridge in 30mintues and serve it chilled
