Ingredients Vegetables:
¾ cup Red capsicum
¾ cup Yellow capsicum
1 potato
1 onion
3 green onion
Batter:
3 eggs
1 cup All-purpose flour
60 ml Milk
Salt
1 tsp baking powder
Mix the dough, chop the vegetables and add into the dough.
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes maximum and flip cook for 5 minutes Cooking time may slightly vary depending on the thickness of the dough and pan size.
If you are using Oven, then bake for about 15 – 20 minutes or so at 160 degree, until the top appears golden
