…Make sure you cheese comes from cashews, not a cow. Yes, cashew cheese! And all it takes are 5 simple ingredients.

All you have to do is take your bowl cashews and cover them with water and soak them for 4 to 5 hours or overnight. Then drain the water and put them into your Cuisinart.

Add a table spoon of lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of sea salt, and a little bit of cayenne pepper which will help you get over your sweet craving AND boost your metabolism.

Then pulse the Cuisinart and in a just a couple minutes you will have awesome cashew cheese. You can even make it with a little raw cacao, garlic, virgin sprinkles — or put in a little raw coconut butter and make it like a cream cheese! Watch this video as I show you how to do this step-by-step…
