Recipe 1:

Ingredients for carrot rice:
1. Oil
2. Bay leaf
3. Cinnamon stick
4. Cloves
5. Cardamom
6. Cashew nuts
7. Onion
6. Ginger garlic chili paste
9. Carrot
10. Biryani masala
11. Salt
12. Cooked rice
13. Cumin powder

Procedure:
1. Heat a skillet, add oil, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, cashew nuts.
2. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add onion, ginger-garlic-chili paste and mix well.
3. Add grated carrot, salt, biryani masala, cumin powder and mix well. Cook until the carrot changes its color.
4. Add cooked rice, mix well and serve hot.

Ingredients for palak pudina rice:
1. Palak
2. Mint
3. Cilantro
4. Cardamom
5. Cinnamon stick
6. Green chilies
7. Ghee
8. Bay leaf
9. Cloves
10. Cashew nuts
11.Ginger garlic paste
12. Salt
13. Cooked rice

Procedure:
1. To a blender, add spinach, mint, cilantro, cardamom, cinnamon stick, green chilies and blend to a fine paste.
2. Heat a skillet and add ghee, bay leaf, cloves, cashew nuts. Add the spinach-mint puree and mix well.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt and mix well. Cover and cook for few minutes.
4. Add cooked rice and serve hot.

Ingredients for veg fried rice:
1. Oil
2. Ghee
3.Garlic
4. Onion
5. Carrot
6. Cabbage
7. Bell pepper
8. Peas
9. Beans
10, Tomato ketchup
11. Salt
12. Cooked basmati rice
13. Soy sauce
14. Black pepper

Procedure:
1. Heat a skillet and add oil, ghee. Add finely chopped garlic, onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, peas, beans and sauté for 7 minutes.
3. Add tomato ketchup, salt, soy sauce, cooked basmati rice, black pepper and toss well.

Ingredients for vegetable pulav:
1. Oil
2. Bay leaf
3. Cinnamon stick
4. Cardamom
5. Cloves
6. Cumin seeds
6. Ginger
7. Onion
8. Garlic
9. Carrot
10. Cauliflower
11. Potato
12. Bell pepper
13. Beans
14. Soaked basmati rice
15. Salt
16. Turmeric
17. Ghee
18. Cashew nuts
19. Coriander powder
20. Garam masala
21. Salt
22. Lemon juice
23. Cilantro

Procedure:
1. Heat a pressure cooker, add oil and ghee.
2. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onion, cashew nuts and sauté well.
3. Once the onions are translucent, add all the veggies, soaked basmati rice, water and mix well.
4. Add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and mix well. Pressure cook it.
5. Once the pressure is released, add lemon juice, cilantro and mix well.

Ingredients to pulihora:
1. Chana dal
2. Urad dal
3. Mustard seeds
4. Fenugreek seeds
6. Red chili
7. Green chili
8. Ginger powder
9. Hing
10. Roasted peanuts
11. Tamarind extract
12. Cooked rice
13. Jaggery
14. Salt
15. Turmeric

Procedure:
1. Heat a skillet, add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and dry roast them.
2. To it add fenugreek seeds, red chilies and roast for 3 minutes.
3. Transfer this into a blender, add dry ginger powder. Blend and make into a fine powder.
4. Heat a skillet and add oil, chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, hing, tamarind extract.
5. Add jaggery, salt, turmeric and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
6. Add cooked rice, roasted peanuts and mix well.
