Today I’d like to show you how to make healthy buckwheat-quinoa bread. The recipe is gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free and YEAST-FREE.

Here is the recipe:

-Buckwheat – 200g
-Quinoa- 100g
-Salt- 1tsp
-Psyllium husks- 3tbsp (whole not powder)
-Water- 350-400ml
-Oil- 2tbsp
-Baking soda- 3/4tsp
-Apple cider vinegar/lemon juice- 1tbsp
