Hi,in this video we can see how to make a healthy breakfast,Adai dosa in Tamil.

ADAI DOSA | HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

raw rice – ½ cup
urad dal – ½ cup
toor dal – ½ cup
bengal gram dal – ½ cup
dried red chilies – 6
shallots – ½ cup
turmeric powder – ½ tsp
curry leaves
water
salt
oil/ghee
asafoetida

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.Soak ½ cup raw rice,½ cup urad dal,½ cup bengal gram dal,½ cup toor dal and 6 dried red chilies for 2 hours.
2.Grind them coarsely with required water.
3.Grind roughly ½ cup shallots and curry leaves and add it to the batter and mix well.
4. Add required salt,asafoetida and ½ tsp turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Add required water.The batter should neither be too thick nor too watery.
6.Heat a pan and pour one ladle of batter and spread it around..Add some ghee/oil around the dosa.
7.When it’s cooked, flip it and cook the other side.
