I just wanted to share these meals …hope you all are eating healthy as well…..oh yeah, the recipe…. it’s down below.

Creamy carrot bisque, fresh sliced potatoes, a clove of garlic chopped, chopped onions, chopped red and yellow peppers, basil, oregano and parsley(be generous with the herbs). Put 2 cups of the bisque in the pan first, bring it to a boil and then put the potatoes and other veggies in…cover and let it simmer until the potatoes are your desired texture. I created this recipe.
