South Indian Healthy Breakfast Recipe / Puttu With Kadala Curry Recipe / Healthy Breakfast Recipe

it is simple and easy to make ,this kadala curry is also best sidedish for chapati ,rice ,poori .

Ingredients

For grind masala
fresh coconut : 2 tbsp
cardamom : 1
cloves : 3
cinnamon stick : 1 inch

For curry
coconut oil : 2 tbsp
onion : 1
tomato : 1
ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
red chilli powder : 1 tsp
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
water 2 cup
soaked chickpea: 1 cup

Instuctions For Kadala Curry
1, Take a cooker add 2 tbsp coconut oil
2 , add sliced onion,saute it 3 min
3, add ginger garlic paste green chilli ,saute it 2 min
4, add tomato,add salt , saute it 3 min
5, add red chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,roast it for 2 min
5 add soaked chickpea saute it 3 min
6, add grinded masala roast it 4 min
7, add 2 cup water,cover it ,leave 6 whistles
8, open it, adjust the consistency
9 serve hot with puttu , appam, chapati ,poori,rice

For puttu
1, add salt to the flour ,add water step by step to the rice flour ,make it crumble
2, once hold the flour can make shape and can easily break it ,this is the perfect stage to make puttu
3 in puttu maker first add coconu and add flour 3 tbsp then add coconut continue this
4, steam it for 10 min
5push it out with the help of stick
5 serve hot with kadala curry,fish curry ,payaru.pappadam,mutton curry,
