Pudding recipe using one CAULIFLOWER. Without EGGS and MEAT. A HEALTHY dinner

salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
caraway – 5 g (0.18 oz)
water – 2 l (0.52 gallon)
TO BOIL 20 minutes
onion – 100 g (3.5 oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
bell pepper – 200 g (7 oz)
tomatoes – 150 g (5.3 oz)
coriander – 2 g (0.07 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
granulated garlic – 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
parsley – 10 g (0.35 oz)
mozzarella – 200 g (7 oz)
Tray with diameter 28 cm (11 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
