Ingredients
– 2 cups white bread flour
– 2 cups whole wheat bread flour
– 1 tsp yeast
– 2 and 1/4 cups water
– 2 tsp salt
– add-ins (I use seeds)
Directions
It’s best when you let the bread rise overnight so make the dough the night before. (You can let it rise for a couple hours too). Mix all flours, yeast, water and add-ins. Let rise. After it has risen, place the dutch oven in the oven while the oven is pre-heating to 450°. Once the oven has heated, place the dough into the dutch oven and bake for 30 mins with the lid on and 15 minutes with the lid off. DONE! SO YUMMYYYY!!!
