🍱 Ingredients
4 tbsp organic Einkorn whole wheat flour
2tbsp organic milk
1 tbsp organic syrup
1 tbsp grass fed melted butter
¼ tsp aluminum free baking powder
Optional non-alcoholic vanilla

🧑‍🍳steps:
1-First off we’re going to melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.

2-Place a piece of parchment paper in the mug before adding in the ingredients. This will help it cook evenly and make it very moist and fluffy.

3-Add the milk and syrup with the butter and mix.

4-Than mix in the flour and the baking powder

5-That’s it! microwave for 50 to 60 seconds depending on how moist you would like it!

6-as soon as you take it out of the microwave you can add butter and syrup to it!
