Carrot cake bliss balls
1.5 cups oats
¼ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup dried dates, pitted
2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
1 orange, juiced
¼ tsp cinnamon
Desiccated coconut for rolling
METHOD:

GF Donuts

INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain gluten free flour
1/4 cup raw sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk of choice
1 egg
1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) OR dairy free spread (melted) OR olive oil
METHOD:

Simple chia pudding
1 cup milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
Cinnamon

Healthier waffles
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk of choice (we use unsweetened oat, soy or almond milk)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
3/4 cup flour (we used spelt – sub any flour EXCEPT coconut)
1 tsp baking powder
METHOD:

Nut free cacao bliss balls
1 cup oats
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup milk of choice (nut free)
1-2 tbsp cacao powder
Desiccated coconut to roll
METHOD:

Veggie-loaded nuggets
400g lean Turkey or chicken mince
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1/2 medium (or 1 small) zucchini, grated
1/2 white onion, finely diced
1 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp milk of choice (I used soy milk)
1 tbsp soy/tamari sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Squeeze lemon juice
METHOD:

Quickest cookies
1/4 cup dairy free spread or hard coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1 cup plain gluten free flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1-2 tbsp dairy free choc chips
METHOD:

Banana buckwheat pancakes (double batch)
You need:
2 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1/3 cup milk of choice (nut free)
2/3 cup flour of choice
1 tsp baking powder
