Today I am sharing what I eat in a day , I need to keep in check my diet because I tend to gain weight very quickly.
Every body is different and every bodies needs are different.These are the food choices I have made for myself and they work for me, it doesn’t mean you need to exactly follow this.
I don’t do any major physical activities throughout the day , I just workout for 40-45 mins 4-5 days a week so accordingly I calculate my calories.
I use the app called HealthifyMe for my diet check.
