Pav Bhaji is actually one of the healthiest recipes, a dish full of vegetables and nutrition!  Did you know that upon a time, pav bhaji was served to textile workers which then became a popular snack amongst Indian food lovers. Here I am making a healthy version of a pav bhaji and that too without onion and garlic.  While most of us shy away from making pav bhaji as it can be quite a long recipe to make, this is a simple, quick and easy way to make Pav Bhaji for you to serve as a snack or a meal which is super tasty and super healthy!  Whether its kids or even adults, pav bhaji is a favorite for all.
