TODAY’S SPECIAL MIX: SUPER TASTY BANANA BREAD (makes 1 loaf)
2 Fresh Bananas for bread mix
1 Banana for the topping
1 Egg
1.5oz. (45ml) Olive Oil (EVO)
6oz. (170g) Pancake Mix (flavor of choice) We used Coconut!
3 Tbsp Organic Honey
1.5oz. Chopped Nuts (flavor of choice) We used Cashews!
Oven temp: 370 degrees for 40-45 minutes
Let cool prior to cutting.
