I used for this recipe:
400 gr chicken mincemeat (or cut the chicken filet yourself into small pieces)
400 gr of cauliflower rice (steam or boil)
1 onion
2 shallots
1 or 2 cloves of garlic (to fry with the onions) or garlic powder, a pinch
2 eggs
1 chili pepper
a bunch of basilicum leaves
2 tablespoons of tamari soy sauce
pinch of salt and black pepper
