Sharing a quick party snack which is healthy and high in protein. We are making spicy beans buns. This is a unique starter recipe which is kids favourite as kids love beans. A very simple recipe which takes no time to prepare. Check it out.

Ingredients:
2 Burger buns
½ cup Rajma (Kidney Beans) – Soaked overnight
¼ inch chopped ginger
1 Chopped Onion
1 chopped chilli
Salt, Black pepper
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
Few Mint or coriander leaves
Grated Paneer for Garnishing
2 tbsps Butter/ oil
Method:
1. Pressure cook soaked rajma in 1 ½ cup water and 1 tsp salt.
2. Mash hot beans to a rough paste with potato masher.
3. Cook paste with all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add salt as per taste. Keep it aside.
4. Cut buns into halves horizontally and scoop each piece of bun a little, leaving ½ inch rim on all sides.
5. To serve apply little butter on buns and press the buns on hot non-stick tawa till the buns get heated and turn soft and a little brown on the sides.
6. Spread hot rajma paste in the scooped section. Sprinkle grated paneer. Garnish with coriander leaves or mint leaves. Serve immediately.
