This Keto Bread makes a wonderful replacement for regular wheat bread. It is not only healthy, it is delicious. Toast it, make sandwiches with it or eat it as it is. One slice has only 2 net carbs.
Ingredients
Almond flour – 200 g (2 cups)
Psyllium husks – 20 g (3 tbsp)
Large eggs – 4
Coconut oil – 50 g (3,5 tbsp)
Baking powder – 9 g (2 tsp)
Salt – 4 g (1 tsp)
Warm water – 125 g (0,5 cup)
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In another bowl combine warm water and coconut oil. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix with a whisk. Line your baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the batter into it. Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 C) for 30-40 mins.
Let the bread cool for at least 15 mins before cutting it.
