So it’s been a while since I uploaded a proper youtube video. My intention was to get my Weight loss journey update video up before this one. but I changed my mind and I will be postponing the weight loss video to another time. I will keep you guys posted on my Instagram page about that. In the meantime, if you are new here or you do not follow my fitness page – @healthbyemmanuela on IG, I have been using a nutrition supplement called Herbalife for about 4 months. My results using the product accompanied by good eating habits, regular exercise (at least 5 times a week) has been incredible. I have been able to lose about 15 pounds at home during the lockdown. which is unbelievable.

In this video, I just thought I should show you guys how I incorporate the Herbalife products into my daily nutrition. For this video I am preparing protein pancakes using:
1. Herbalife Formula One Meal Replacement Shake Mix (2 scoops)
2. Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (2 scoops)
3. Eggs (3 eggs cook 4 pancakes)
4. Olive or Coconut oil
5. Ground Cinnamon (makes the pancakes tasty!)
*Use sugar-free syrup for your pancakes. I use natural honey :)*
