Enjoy these instant Palak/Spinach Oats Dosa for breakfast. This variety of oats Dosa is very simple, easy and quick to make. It’s highly nutritious and delicious. Suitable for any diet specially weight loss diet.

Ingredients to make Oats Spinach Dosa :-

1 cup quick oats
3/4 cup semolina/ rava / sooji
1 cup curd
1 cup spinach
Salt to taste
Coriander powder
Chilli to taste
Cumin powder
Water as required
Olive oil as required

Method to make Oats Palak/ Spinach Dosa :-

Grind quick Oats to make Oats Flour
Mix oats flour, semolina (sooji) with curd in a bowl, let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile make Spinach Puree in the same grinder with some water.
After 15 minutes add the spinach Puree to the oats and semolina mixture.
Add salt and all the spices.
Add water to the batter to make a semi thin (no running ) consistency batter.
Heat a tava or pan Spread the batter on it in circular motion.
Cook from one side until golden brown.
Flip and do the same from other side
Your crispy healthy and delicious oats spinach/Palak Dosa is ready to serve.
Serve it warm with coconut peanut Chutney or sambhar
