MOUNTAINS Salad| Easy and Healthy Olive Salad Recipe
An Easy and Healthy Salad. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Delicious and full of nutritious ingredients. Ingredients are mostly in every kitchen.
This salad is well known in Syria especially for the costal cities and villages.
Ingredients:
5 medium tomatoes /1 ½ pound of tomatoes
1 small onion 70 g
1 ½ cup of pitted green olives
3 tbsp. thyme leaves
1 tbsp. sumac
1 ½ lemon juice
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Fetta cheese (Optional but preferable)
