– 150g Milk
– 1 Scoop of Protein Powder

Dinner- Curry Lamb & Rice
– 1kg Lamb Neck
– 1/2 Sweet Potato
– 1/2 Small Onion
– 5 Cloves of Garlic
– 2 tbs Lamb Seasoning
– 2 tbs Mild Caribbean Curry Powder Seasoning
– 1/2 tbs Chilli Powder
– 1/2 tbs Paprika
