INSTANT POT LASAGNA SOUP:
500g lean ground beef
1 tsp EVOO
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 yellow onion
1 head of garlic
3 cups beef broth (you can add more if you like a more liquidy soup)
28oz can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp balsamic vingear
Dash Worcestershire sauce
8 lasagna noodles
3 CHEESE TOPPING:
1 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan
2-3 garlic cloves
Chopped fresh parsley and basil
