2 Leaves Romaine Lettuce
1/4 Medium Yellow Onion
6 Grape Tomatoes
4 Oz Tuna
Salt & Black Pepper
1 TSP White Vinegar
3 Oz Chickpeas
#3 :
1/3 Small Head Cauliflower
(Rice cauliflower in a food processor or with a cheese grater)
1 Egg + 1 Egg White
Salt & Black Pepper
A Few Drops of Olive Oil
(Cover and cook, without stirring,until fully cooked)
1 TSP Olive Oil
(Stirring for 1 minute)
1 TSP Grater Fresh Ginger
4 Oz Chicken Breast
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1 Scallion
Salt & Black Pepper
1/8 TSP Oregano
( Cover until just tender,2 to 4 minutes)
Transfer everything to a bowl
stir until beginning to soften, about 4 munites
1/2 TBSP Reduced sodium soy sauce
Stir until well combined
