Make this cold, low-calorie salad with octopus and vegetables. We need 3 large potatoes. Peel them and cook for 20-30 minutes. One teaspoon of salt. Prepare the peeled and well-washed octopus for cooking. We put water on fire. Bring the salt to a boil and dip the octopus 3 times in hot water and leave it to cook for 25 minutes. Take 3 branches of aromatic well-washed celery. Cut off the leaves and cut into large ones. Then pour into a large bowl and add 100 grams of green olives. After 25 minutes, put the hot octopus on a plate, let it cool. Next, we divide it into two parts and cut it coarsely with scissors. Squeeze 1 lemon and pepper and let it brew in lemon juice for 10 minutes. After that, put the finished boiled potatoes on a plate (necessarily) letting them cool. Cut the cold potatoes into large cubes. We spread octopus, olives and celery in a beautiful dish and add chopped potatoes. Mix well. We’ve got a wonderful delicious and light salad!
