This cheesy, crispy on the outside and super smooth on the inside, bright green bread is super easy and quick to make.
Ingredients:
*dough:
90g strong bread flour
55g milk
10g melted unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
*filling:
1 medium size potato
1 tbsp mayonnaise
30g spinach
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp salt and pepper
100g Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1.Mix flour, milk, butter and salt, knead for about 1minute, until it forms a ball and stops sticking to your bowl and hands. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
2.Boil 1potato until soft, mash it with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3.Add blended spinach with mayo to the mash, add some grated Parmesan cheese.
4.Roll out the dough to about 5mm thick. Add mozzarella, then green mash and mozzarella again on top.
5.Seal your bread, pinch the sides, bringing the to the centre. Flip it and roll out again.
6.Add butter to the frying pan and cook bread on medium heat until golden on each side.
7.Enjoy!
