VEGETARIAN PIZZA MADE @HOME
WITH EZEKIEL ENGLISH MUFFINS:
Easy, Quick and Nutritious Pizza!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS IN DETAIL:
Serves 1 or 2 people
INGREDIENTS:
Ezekiel English Muffins: 2 Muffins (Cut into halves- makes 4)
Mild Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese: To taste
Spinach: A handful
Chopped Bell Pepper: ½
Sliced Tomato: 1 Medium
Chopped Green-Chilli: 1 Medium
Chopped Dill: A handful

METHOD:
1. Ezekiel bread is flourless, sprouted grain, low glycemic index Bread.

2. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on the muffins.
3. Put a few leaves of Spinach, a few pieces of Bell Pepper, two slices of Tomatoes, Green Chili, Onions, and a little bit of Dill on top of each slice.
4. Turn the oven on 450 degree, Turbo Setting (to make sure the pizza is Baked from both top and bottom) for 15 to 20 minutes. You can use either Toaster Oven or Conventional Oven.
5. When the cheese melts, the pizza is ready. (The crust will be Crunchy!)
6. Pull out of the oven, using oven mitts.
7. Enjoy by itself, or eat with lettuce/ celery with lemon juice!
