Tofu scramble: 🍞
– 3 is extra firm tofu
– Chicken less seasoning from Trader Joe’s
– Paprika
– Onion powder
– Red pepper chili flakes
Added to top :
Tomato , purple onion, green onion
Squeeze water out of tofu by using paper towel and gently squeeze tofu.
In a skillet spray with olive oil spray and crumble your 3oz tofu (enough for one person) , then add seasoning, let crisp for 4 minutes then stir and cook another 2-3 minutes until crispy
Add to toast and add your toppings of choice
Salmon recipe: 🐟
*For salmon recipe I only used 1/4 cup pistachios and no oil *
Mojito Lime Chicken Wings: 🍗
– 32oz package wing and drum chicken
– 1 packet mojito lime seasoning
– Juice 2 limes
Season wings, air fry on 400 for 35 minutes, once wings are done squeeze lime juice over them.
