Low Cal / High Protein Frosted Gingerbread Cookies *easy recipe*
Ingredients
* 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
* 2 tbsp light I can’t believe it’s not butter
* 2 tbsp Swerve brown sugar replacement
* 2 tbsp granulated sugar replacement
* 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 3/4 cup oat flour
* 2 tbsp almond flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 Tablespoon ground ginger
* 1/4 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
* 2 tbsp liquid egg white
* 1 scoop of protein powder for the rolling 🙂
