Healthy low carb dinner idea ~ cauliflower rice
Hi friends. In this video I will show you how to make a keto friendly dinner. With some modifications you can also make this dinner vegan or vegetarian.

Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry

Ingredients:

2 packs Cauliflower rice
1 whole green pepper
1 whole zucchini
4 eggs (optional: sub egg white or egg substitute)
6-12oz Polish Sausage (can substitute chicken)

Cook time + prep time Approximately 20 minutes
Directions :
Turn on stove, temp depending on your stove
Toss in veggies
Toss in meat (or skip if vegetarian)
Add cauliflower rice mix and cook for 5-7 mins
Add egg and scramble

Ready to serve 🙂
