Before batter preparation, set your oven to preheat at 180 degree celsius.

Ingredients:

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup yogurt

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup shakar or brown sugar

2 large eggs at room temperature

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour – maida

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

1. In a large bowl add mashed bananas, baking soda and yogurt. Mix and rest for 15 minutes.

2. Add oil, eggs, vanilla essence and sugar and mix

3. Add cinnamon, baking powder, both flours and mix with help of a spatula

4. Grease a loaf pan .. I used 9×5 loaf pan

5. Shift batter into a loaf pan

6. Bake this banana bread batter in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 60 minutes ..

7. Check with a sharp knife or toothpick.

8. Cut when cooled down at room temperature.
