Here we will make 3 different types of crunchy makhana recipe.
The ingredients required for this are as follows:
1) Plain Roasted Makhana
– 1 bowl of Makhana
2) Butter Makhana
– 1 bowl of Makhana
– 1/2 tbsp Butter
3) Salt & Pepper Makhana
– 1 bowl of Makhana
– 1 tsp clarified butter (ghee)
– 1 tsp pepper powder
– Salt to taste.
