Oil 1 tbsp
Ginger-grated 1 tsp
Garlic-chopped 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (zeera) 1 tsp
Onions-thinly chopped 2 large
Tomatoes 2 medium
Dried red chili whole 2
Red chili powder ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric (haldi) ½ tsp
Dhania powder ½ tbsp
Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
Low fat sour yogurt 2 cups
Water 8 Cups

***Pakoras***
Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
Onion-thinly sliced 2 large
Cilantro leaves (dhania) ½ cup
Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tsp
Green chilies-chopped 2-3
Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Turmeric (haldi) ½ tsp
Water ½ cup
Oil just to grease the non-stick pan
