Ingredients to make Creamy Fruit Salad :-
3/4 Cup Curd/ yogurt
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup chopped pear
1/2 cup chopped guava
Some pomegranate
8-10 chopped almonds
( more options for dressing, nutmeg, ground Flax Seeds, Chia seeds, peanuts
More options for dressing maple syrup, raisins)
Method to Make Low Fat Creamy Fruit Salad :-
Prepare Hung Curd For Mixed Fruit Salad Dressing to prepare hung curd tie Curd in a cotton, muslin or cheese cloth & hang it for at least half an hour. After half an hour the solid will separate from the liquid.
Use solid curd for dressing ( don’t throw the liquid use it to prepare any dough )
To hung curd, add Honey, cinnamon & Fennel Seeds to prepare a sweet salad dressing
Add all the fruit to the bowl, Fold all the fruits in the dressing very well
Add Almonds in the end & mix again
After platings, garnish the salad with pumpkins seeds & some more chopped almonds.
