Hey guys! In today’s video I’m sharing how to make healthy baked oatmeal, the easy way! This is so great to whip up on busy mornings to get something wholesome + home cooked on the table without much fuss (you can even prep a lot of it the night before – total win!) I’m sharing how to make a peanut butter banana version, but you can add in any kind of mix-ins to make different flavors! RECIPE:
2 cups oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine dry ingredients
3. Combine wet ingredients, mix into dry
4. Grease a 8×8 inch baking pan & add batter
5. Bake for 35 min or until set & lightly golden brown at edges
6. Slice and top with generous PB, banana slices, cinnamon!
