Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves-4

Ingredients:
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Garlic- 10g
Ginger- 10g
Curry Leaves- 4-5no
Carrot- 100g
Tendli/ Ivy gourd- 100g
Peas- 50g
Tomato- 100g
Capsicum- 100g
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Oil-1 Tbsp
Water – 3 glasses (750 ml)

Ingredients:
1. In a steel pot add 1 Tbsp of Oil.
2. Add cumin seeds, grated ginger, garlic & curry leaves.
3. Sauté for a few seconds.
4. Add Spring onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
5. Add all the chopped vegetables (Carrot, Tendli / ivy gourd, peas, tomato & capsicum).
6. Sauté all the vegetables thoroughly.
7. Until the Vegetable mixture is being cooked, keep 3 glasses of water for boiling.
8. Add salt, pepper powder or any spice of your choice.
9. Add the boiling water & simmer for 10-15 minutes.
10. Mix Vegetable Soup is ready to serve.
