Preparation
Break an egg into the bowl . Mix well. Add half a cup of sugar, a spoon of baking soda and a cup of all purpose flour. Mix well to make the dough(spices and raisins can be added if necessary) . Make the dough into a tubular shape and cut into small pieces and make a cross shape with a knife. Heat a cavity pan and pour in 3 ml of oil into the cavities . Put in the Mini Hot Cross Buns and fry by turning from side to side till golden brown and take off the pan and serve
