VEGAN MEAL PLAN:

In today’s video we’re talking about healthy vegan snacks that are perfect for your next movie night! Kick back and enjoy the BEST vegan popcorn, a creamy vegan spinach artichoke dip AND these insanely delicious peanut butter protein cookies!

SPICY MANGO GUACAMOLE:

BASIL PESTO WHITE BEAN DIP
â—‡ 1 can white beans, drained & rinsed
â—‡ 1 cup basil
â—‡ 1 garlic clove
â—‡ 1/2 teaspoon salt
â—‡ Juice of 1 lemon
â—‡ 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
â—‡ 2 tablespoons olive oil

Add all the ingredients (minus oil) to a food processor. Process on high until smooth, then drizzle in oil and continue processing until incorporated. Serve with crackers or chopped veggies!

HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH DIP:
â—‡ 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
â—‡ 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
â—‡ 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
â—‡ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or extract)
â—‡ 1/4 cup maple syrup
â—‡ 1 tablespoon coconut flour
â—‡ 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Add all the ingredients (minus coconut flour and chocolate) to a food processor. Process on high until smooth, then pulse in coconut flour and chocolate chips. Serve with chopped fruit, cookies or animal crackers!
