===== Ingredients =====

Whole wheat flour 150 g
Nuts(Walnuts, pecan, etc…) 60 g or more
Dried fruits(Figs, cranberry, etc…) 60 g or more
10 olives (chopped)
Pumpkin seed 2 Tbsp
Sesame seeds 2 Tbsp
Chia seed 1/2 tsp
Rosemary 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Maple syrup 2-3 Tbsp
Milk (coconuts milk) 250ml

===== Recipe =====

In the large bowl, place all dry ingredients mix until combine well.
Add maple & milk, mix well until combine well.
Transfer to baking pan & tap the bottom few times for remove air.
Preheat oven for 170°C or 355°F.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Remove from the pan & let it cool down.(1hour to overnight in fridge)
Cut about 5 mm thick & place the baking sheet.

Preheat oven for 130°C or 265°F.
Bake for 15-20 minutes both side.

Flip over & bake it again for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
