This quick and easy high protein banana bread is one of my favorite low calorie snacks. It takes under 10 mins to prep and is delicious. I make this every week as a healthy snack to help me loose weight. Try it and let me know what you think in the comments below.

Ingredients:
– 2 Bananas
– 200g Greek Yogurt (0 or 2%)
– Half Tsp Baking Soda
– 2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
– 50g of Buckwheat Flour
– 70g of All Purpose Flour
– 50g of Egg Whites
– 15g of chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Mash 2 bananas in a large bowl. Add the Yogurt, Baking Soda, Whey Protein, Flours and mix together with the bananas.
2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
3. Add egg whites to initial mixture and fold in gently.
4. Transfer mixture to a banana bread tray and place chocolate chips on top.
5. Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
