1. Breakfast | Pre Workout Meal: Oatmeal with Almond Milk, Peanut Butter, Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana & Chia Seeds
2. Post Workout Snack: 2 Eggs & 3 Chicken Sausage
3. Post Workout Protein Shake: 1 Scoop PEScience Vanilla Protein, 1/2 Banana, Peanut Butter, Water, Ice
4. Lunch: Leftover Lemon & Thyme Chicken with Potatoes & Onions
5. Snack: Apple Chips
6. Dinner: Honey Garlic Salmon with Broccoli & RIce
7: Dessert: Blueberry Fig Bars
