In this video I shop for grocery essentials, do an arm workout, and explain my new workout routine. I noticed I forgot to mention sets and reps. I normally do about 2-4 exercises per muscle group with 3-4 sets of 8-15 repetitions. There is no magic number for sets and reps, train hard and don’t just do 4×10 for every exercise, if you do, you’re just telling your brain to stop at 10 reps every time when you could push harder.
