Most of us are too busy in the morning to make ourselves a complete breakfast but that doesn’t mean we have to compromise our healthy choices. I use my mini crockpot to precook steel cut oats for breakfast so I never have to rush or skip a good breakfast.

In the morning, I just mix the precooked oatmeal with some protein powder, fruits, muesli, and kefir to make a complete breakfast, takes no more than 5 minutes.

Who says healthy breakfast can’t be easy and delicious?
