Dry roast makhna until crisp..
Makhana takes time to turns crispy..keep the Flame in low and keep stirring to get even crispiness.

Keep it aside.

Roast almonds cashews until crispy..

Make sure to keep the flame low to med.

Add ghee and roast the seeds until crispy.

Let all of it cool down.

Grind it coarsely or finely as per your wish.

Take jaggery add 1/4 cup water and melt the jaggery.

Now filter it and add in the ground mixture.
Mix it well with ladle..

When it turns warm , apply ghee in hands and make ladoos.

Enjoy it.
