INGREDIENTS:

Overnight oats:
200g oats
200g yoghurt
30g cacao powder
4 scoops choc whey protein
40g almonds
40g dark chocolate
120g frozen berries
10g desiccated coconut

Pesto Salmon traybake:
4 salmon fillets
80g reduced fat pesto
600g potato
600g courgette
Handful of tomatoes
Squeeze of lemon

Cashew chicken:
450g chicken breast
2 packets of rice (500g cooked)
40g cashews
2 peppers
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
2 spring onions
2 TBSP honey
