𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐞𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝
2 𝑚𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑢𝑚 𝑜𝑟 1 𝑒𝑥𝑡𝑟𝑎 ℎ𝑢𝑛𝑔𝑟𝑦 𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔
240g (1 tin) cooked chickpeas
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon each of turmeric, cumin, curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
a small handful of coriander/ cilantro
a pinch of black pepper
a splash of water
𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅: Mix the tahini, lemon juice, water, salt, pepper and spices together.
Chop the onion, coriander and garlic then stir those into the tahini mixture along with the chickpeas.
