RECIPES LISTED BELOW:
Pulled Pork Chili:
2lbs pork shoulder
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 small red onion, chopped
2c beef broth
1 28oz can tomato sauce
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
1/2c BBQ sauce
2 14oz cans chili beans (or any bean you prefer)

Mix sugar, garlic, salt & pepper, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne. Rub all over pork. Add pork to crockpot along with onion, beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, BBQ sauce and beans.

Cook on low for 8 hours (4 hours for pre-cooked pork)

Fiesta Chicken
2 chicken breasts
2tbsp taco seasoning
1 can corn, undrained
1 can rotel
1 can beans
8oz cream cheese

Add in all ingredients to the crockpot, cook on low for 6 hours. Once done, shred the chicken.

Crockpot Tuscan Chicken Pasta
24 oz chicken breast
28oz crushed tomatoes w/ basil
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp paprika
6-8 garlic cloves
3/4 c plain greek yogurt
1c shredded part
1c chicken broth
1-2 handfuls of spinach
Salt/pepper to taste

Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, Italian seasonings, onion powder, paprika, grated garlic cloves and chicken broth to crockpot and mix well. Add in chicken and make sure it is submerged in sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours. Once chicken is cooked through, shred and add in greek yogurt, shredded parmesan and spinach and mix. Cook on low another 15 mins. Cook pasta according to package, once done add into the crockpot and mix.

Broccoli Alfredo Pasta
3c broccoli
1 box penne pasta
1-2c shredded chicken
1 jar Alfredo

Steam broccoli and cook pasta according to directions. Once cooked, add broccoli into drained pasta along with the shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce.
