This easy, healthy dinner idea is low carb, high protein, includes green vegetables and has loads of flavour. I make my own demi glace and freeze it, but you could use any kind of stock cube or bouillon. It’s a one-pan wonder. Just sear the broccoli with a smidge of garlic. Use the same pan to sear the steak. Deglaze with red wine and the stock or demi glace. Add some Stilton for richness. That’s it!
